Sometimes healing needs to happen in your body before your mind can process it.
Trauma lives in your nervous system - in the tension you hold, the breath you restrict, the energy that feels stuck. Talk therapy is powerful, but it's not the only path to healing.
Reiki is a non-touch energy healing modality that helps your nervous system find safety and release what it's been holding. It works alongside traditional therapy to support healing on multiple levels - body, mind, and spirit.
You don't need to understand how it works for it to help. You just need to be willing to let your body be part of the healing process.
Healing doesn't fit into neat boxes. Your path might include therapy, somatic work, energy healing, or all of the above. What matters is finding what helps your nervous system finally feel safe enough to let go.
