The more direct I became with clients, the more success they have. This continues to evolve as I continue to work with more and more people but I see the direct correlation.

And be honest- you hire help for efficiency in all areas of life. Don’t let health coaching be an exception.

The toughest lesson I have learned in my quest to be healthy is that trying to do it all will leave you with crumbs of what you want.

Trim the fat by saying no to things that don’t make you healthy and happy and then see how it all clicks.

And the other truth is that this looks different for everyone which is why we offer free discovery sessions to talk about what your roadmap would look like. No cookie cutter coaching.. a clear plan for you and YOUR ideas of health.

Thank you to my husband who loves me in a way that allows me to be the mom I want. It’s true that he helped me become a mom, but he also encourages me to be the mom I am😍

If this hurt to hear, then imagine how much worse it’ll hurt to not do something about it.

This is the conversation I had with myself in 2018 when I was the heaviest, more depressed and most lost I have ever been.

I wanted to work with a coach who was a great fit - except I had all these objections in my head. Price, timing, believing I wasn’t as bad as I was.

Then, one day, I had this conversation with myself. I was straight up and honest and removed the fluff.

And now you know me as this version of Evie. Crazy what happens when you take it one step at a time. 👏

So, maybe being this honest with yourself is important😉

Benefits of eating seasonal produce:

- cost effective
- better for environment
- richer flavor
- higher nutritional content due to when food is picked
- opportunity to support local farmers + shop local

_If your food doesn’t have to travel too far to get to you, then it’s better for your health.

This time of year feels like a more appropriate time”new year new me” so maybe it’s time to reevaluate your 2026 goals.

Do you still find them appropriate?
Do you need to keep going or change the goal?

I recently did this for myself and it has made my expectations, priorities and mindset sooo much better.

Keep adapting. Evaluating. Doing. Being.👏👏

The one underutilized marker that we all have at our fingertips that gives us real-time feedback of our hormones and health.

Tracking your basal body temp (bbt) is typically one of the first conversations I have with clients. We get info about your reproductive and thyroid hormones from a 60-90 second oral temp check as soon as you wake up.

Running low temps? Thyroid is off

Never getting a spike throughout your cycle (females)? Not ovulating.

Sure, other testing is beneficial but why skip something so useful and accessible?

Endometriosis is something we work on with a lot of women considering 1 in 10 women are diagnosed with it.

Using our approach of addressing inflammation (and not just hormone levels), we see success with our clients who report asymptomatic periods
