Three airplanes, 1 boat, and a toddler. 🩷🥹

We stretched out our travel to get here to accommodate our family, but we kept repeating “the travel is part of the trip.”

We came prepped with snacks, toys and plenty of screen time in her special seat.

We also packed nasal and throat spray for our travels. Dry airplane air + crowds = perfect environment for bugs to rest. Keeping ourselves hydrated and sprayed up is our go to.

Comment “spray” to receive the links to our travel supplements.

The deep breath my soul needs 🇬🇷🌊

I spent majority of my summers in Greece as a little girl and have worked hard to continue the tradition as an adult. Being a first generation Greek in the states has led to me feeling torn between where “home” is because my heart always feels more at home while in Greece. 😍

Now I get to experience this with my family 🥹💜

I’m also hosting the 2nd international Holistic Reset Retreat for Holistically Restored on this cherished island which feels unreal to even type - I’m so so grateful. This time, my husband joins as cohost to make it an even more meaningful experience

Interested in joining our next retreat? Stay tuned as we will share updates from our current retreat and plan for our next one!

Thanks for letting me share this part of my life with you🥰

Stepping up our game to be better for you.

This past year, I’ve stepped more into a CEO role within my business (still feels cringe to say that). With a growing team and client base, I’ve needed to learn how to run a company (not just coach).

Client feedback, team meetings and countless “I can’t do this” moments are shaping me. Shaping us. We are committed to being better and making this experience top tier for you.

We chatted through DISC profiles to learn how to communicate with each other (and clients), talked through client experiences and collaborated to enhance your experience with Holistically Restored.

Thank you for being a part of this growth and continued success🚀 ✨

The fastest way I can tell whether someone will be successful or not.

I’m not saying other factors don’t matter, but this one question beats it all.

What is the cost of not doing it?

That’s it.

How can I remain soft when the world has an intrusive way of making me hard?

How can I remain loving when everything challenges my peace?

How can I stay patient when life forces us to move quickly?

How can I stay joyful when I’m surrounded by reasons to be sad?

How can I be who I was before becoming a mother even though that version of me was left on the hospital bed?

The moment I held her to my chest is the exact moment the rose colored glasses came off.

Becoming a mom felt like the most feminine/soft/loving thing I’d ever done and yet the most anger/rage -filled experience of my life. Being a protector is both a soft and sometimes aggressive role.

I used to fight this duality.

Through enough humbling self reflection I am realizing that the new version of me can be both soft and protective.

Becoming a mother does require the softest side of me AND the most protective. And the two of them don’t have to be in conflict. They can coexist.

The moment I stop fighting this truth is the moment I find myself in alignment.

Soft, flowy and protective ARE the same in motherhood. It doesn’t have to be either or. It just has to be displayed correctly.

So no, I’m not the same woman I was before becoming a mother. But how could I be?

What people don’t tell you is that high protein diets require proper stomach acid and enzyme production.

Feeling worse with high protein intake is common if your body doesn’t have the ability to break it down.

It’s not your fault, either. We just aren’t taught this.

Breaking down protein well requires your stomach to secrete the enzyme pepsin.

If it’s not doing this, then you’ll end up feeling bloated, nauseous and with acid reflux after eating high protein meals.

I’m not saying to stop eating protein, but I am encouraging you to fix the system (your digestion) before saying “protein is the problem.”

How I did it:

Temporarily lowered protein intake

Prayed before meals to eat in a relaxed state

Supplemented with bitters and pepsin

Added daily breath work to support digestion and motility

If you’re tired of feeling bloated and unsure of how to eat, schedule a free discovery session to make a personalized plan for you!

Shedding the past version of yourself along the beliefs, habits and decisions you used to make will be painful. You are asking yourself to become a version of yourself whom you do not know.

People may question, doubt and criticize your decisions and as painful as that is, it’s a necessary part of this process.

It also holds a mirror up to them which will force them to reflect on their own actions (or inaction). This is not your fault or responsibility to take on.

You’ll find your circle of holistic friends and since you’re here reading this..you’ve already found one.☺️

One year anniversary 💕 and what a life we’re building🎉

I dreamt of getting married at this little church on this little island since I was a little girl. Thank you for loving me so big and showing our girl what happens when you’re loved and cherished. ☺️🥹😘

Do not confuse my joy for lack of suffering. I’ve learned the two must go hand in hand in this scenario.

Coming out of suffrage happens by choosing to act.

It has been a wild 3 years of divorce, new relationship, baby, wedding, growing my business to the most successful it has ever been and still just being a girl 😏🙃😘

I’m still overcoming the emotions and judgement that come with these changes. But what most people don’t see is the extreme surrender I’ve had to give.

Surrendering to my own passions, anger and fear as I unbury myself from the emotional rubble.

So yes, I’m happy and thankful for my hardships because it has led to a rebuilding of my life that I’m proud of. But it has not been a highlight reel. BUT!! We keep marching on!🫡
