We’re excited to welcome Brittani Winkler, MHA, BSN, RN, CCDS, CCDS-O, as a Staff and Client Success Manager on UASI’s CDI Services team.

Brittani brings 15 years of nursing experience and nine years in Clinical Documentation Integrity, with expertise spanning inpatient and outpatient CDI, quality improvement, risk adjustment, clinical validation, denials and program leadership.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with physicians, coding teams, CDI professionals and hospital leaders to improve program performance and turn clinical and operational data into meaningful action.
