Coach Linnea’s plank reminder 👇

If your ribs are flaring out during a plank, you’re missing out on one of the biggest benefits of the exercise.

Think: ribs down, core engaged, and a straight line from head to heels. When your core is doing its job, you’ll build more stability, protect your lower back, and get way more out of every second you spend planking.

A longer plank isn’t always a better plank. Quality over quantity, every time.
