It’s something you build through consistent habits, movement, strength, and effort.

That’s the part most people don’t want to hear.

Real physical therapy isn’t a quick fix. It’s guidance, accountability, and a process that helps you create a body that’s resilient for the long run.

My goal isn’t to temporarily “fix” you.
It’s to help you understand your body, move better, get stronger, and stay pain-free for life.

Too many people finish PT feeling “better”, then realize they were never rebuilt for real-world demands.

Rehab should progress you back to strength, confidence, and performance, not just bands and stretching.

An unprepared back is a liability. Consistent progressive overload is 🔑 to a healthy and strong back. I’m going to be slinging these kids around till they are full grown.

Simple modifications/options if you are having pain with squats.

Knee pain:
- Changing to a bench squat allows you to sit back in the heels more without falling over, shifting the load off of the knees, to the hip.

Low back/hip pain:
- Changing to a heel elevated squat allows you to be more upright, shifting load from the hips/low back to the knees.

Give these a try during flare ups to let the pain calm down!
