It's that time of year again. Back to school can be a beautiful time for a lot of parents and grandparents. This time of year can also bring a lot of added stress. From getting back in the routine of waking up earlier, last minute supply shopping, sitting in car line, "socks that feel funny", or "not having any clothes to wear".....in a closet full of clothes. Even if you don't go through the normal school routine, there is just more traffic on the road or maybe you have to drive through a couple school zones that cause you to be a couple minutes later than you wanted.


Sometimes we can handle the day as champ......but sometimes we may need a little extra boost for that motivation to make it through the rest of the day.
