One thing I've been learning during this pregnancy is that some seasons are meant to be embraced, not rushed through.

As I prepare to welcome our baby girl, I've spent a lot of time praying about what I want this season to look like.

And one thing I know for certain is that I don't want to miss it.

I want to be fully present.

I want to slow down.

I want to embrace motherhood well.

I also want to continue supporting the incredible people YHWH has brought into my life and practice, but in a way that is peaceful, sustainable, and intentional.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing more details about what that season will look like, and I'm grateful for all of the love, encouragement, and support I've already received. 🤍

Motherhood is such a gift, and I'm excited for all that this next chapter holds.

As we prepare to welcome our baby girl in August, I wanted to share a quick update for clients and anyone interested in working together.

✨ Sessions will continue as normal throughout July.

✨ Beginning in August, live Zoom and phone sessions will be temporarily paused while I focus on this special season with my baby and family.

✨ Remote sessions will continue in a flexible format and are just as effective as Zoom and phone sessions.

✨ More details about continued care during maternity leave will be shared in the coming weeks.

🤍 My heart is so full after celebrating our baby shower.

Whether you attended, sent a gift, prayed for us, shared words of encouragement, or simply celebrated alongside us from afar, thank you. I have felt so loved and supported during this season, and I'm incredibly grateful for the beautiful community YHWH (God) has surrounded us with.

Preparing to welcome our baby girl has been one of the sweetest seasons of my life, and I can't believe we're getting so close.

As I continue preparing for maternity leave, I wanted to share a quick update:
