Solve Your Out of Control Eating

Solve Your Out of Control Eating Does your eating cause you distress? Welcome to a safe place to solve the mystery of your relationship with food.

Solve Your Out of Control Eating is a movement and book started by Victoria Todd, a board-certified Child & Adult Psychoanalyst in private practice for more than 30 years. She is a devoted psychoanalyst who helps individuals suffering tremendously from eating difficulties break free from their bondage and experience the life they were intended to live.

“As I uncovered common threads among patient

s, I realized that eating difficulties aren’t always easy to diagnose. There is overlap, yet the core issue is about out-of-control eating. Eating may look different, but they all express frustration about out-of-control eating. It sparked the idea to offer resources for readers and mental health professionals–connect them to and learn from each other and the stories of others.”
