Natural lip filler isn’t about how much filler we use — it’s about where we put it.

One of my favorite approaches for creating a soft, natural result, is focusing volume toward the medial body. While being much more conservative as I move laterally.

Why question excessive vertical volume toward the outer lip can create a convex, tubular appearance — the “sausage “or “duck lip“ look we’re trying to avoid.

The goal: beautiful central volume, preserved, natural, anatomy, and lips that still look like yours.

Every lip is different, and treatment should always be individualized to your natural anatomy and goals.
