Today we celebrate Juneteenth — a Day of Jubilee. 🌻

June 19, 1865 marks the day the last enslaved people in America learned they were free. But Juneteenth has always been more than the end of something. It's a celebration of joy, resilience, and the power of community coming together.

At PCN, we believe that true freedom means having the right to live, thrive, and belong in your community — on your own terms. That's what we work toward every single day.

We're proud to announce that PCN has committed to quarterly cleanups at Karp Park for the next two years. Our next one is coming up on July 10th at 10am — and we'd love for YOU to join us!

Today, Progressive Community Network joins our nation in honoring the brave men and women who laid down their lives in service to our country.

The red poppy has long stood as a symbol of remembrance — a quiet reminder that freedom carries a cost, and that the families who bear that cost deserve to be seen, every single day.

To Gold Star families in our community and beyond: we are thinking of you. We are grateful for your loved ones. We will not forget.
