Did you know that toxins could be playing a role in cognitive decline and Alzheimer's disease?
Most people never think about this connection. But toxins are one of the drivers that research has identified as contributing to cognitive decline and in my experience it is the one that gets overlooked most often.
The tricky part is that toxins are sneaky. You may be feeling something and never connect it to a toxic burden your body is carrying. That is why testing is so important.
Without testing there is no way of knowing whether toxins are part of the picture.
There are also things you can start doing right now to reduce your toxic burden. It starts with looking at three areas.
What you are putting in your body,
what you are putting on your body,
and what is in your environment.
These are big areas and the list is long but they are worth starting to pay attention to.
