Private Pay Client: Do you also take cashap?
Me: Yes, sir.
Him: Gonna send you $200. (Gave details) Y'all didn't have to do that.💜💜
Me: That's just what we do. ....(Smiling), but
no need to cashap me anything more....or should I apply this to your next invoice?
Him: No, I want you to take this as an additional tip because you didn't have to do what you did, and we appreciate your team- plus Mother (Client) insist, and I agree.

Cashap received this morning, and just now forwarded directly to the caretaker.
I'm so proud. ****
Very few understand the nature of our PC services, and then there are some who really do get it. Therefore, there's a lot of time spent encouraging/inspiring workers that provide services (daily). ..and much for folks who give them a tough time. So moments like this really do remind us that the extra luv&care in services are noticeably understood. We appreciate all of our clients, and we have an even more heartfelt appreciation for those (and families) who understand the varied complexity of services involved💚💫💜🙏🙏

Our Elderly may not want to go many places, stand in anyone's line, but when it comes to voting...they're dressed & ready to hit them streets with lawn chairs, umbrellas (just in case), walkie talkies like its a tail-gate social🤣🤣
