Our friends at Possability Unlimited are now accepting registrations for their upcoming retreats designed specifically for individuals living with traumatic spinal cord injuries and their caregivers.

These retreats provide a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand the SCI journey while enjoying accessible recreational activities, educational sessions, and lifelong friendships.

Looking for a way to stay active, connect with others, and contribute to important spinal cord injury research?

Researchers at Drexel University are seeking volunteers for the TEEMS Study — an online exercise study for individuals with spinal cord injury. Participants will either join live virtual group exercise sessions or use a self-guided exercise video library, all from the comfort of home!

Participants may receive up to $200 in electronic gift cards for completing the study.

You may qualify if you:
• Are 18–75 years old
• Have had a spinal cord injury for more than 1 year
• Use a wheelchair or mobility aid most of the time
• Have internet access and are cleared to exercise
