July is Disability Pride Month! It is celebrated annually to commemorate the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, 1990. The observance is often represented by the Disability Pride Flag, which features five colored diagonal stripes (representing different types of disabilities) on a black background.
