Painful catching or snapping of fingers or the thumb is one of the most common orthopedic hand issues

Cortisone injections sometimes help, but in the past permanent relief of trigger digits often required a trip to the operating room. Fortunately, that’s not the case anymore. Dr. Hunter has developed a procedure that can quickly, safely and reliably relieves the problem right in the office exam room. This is done without the inconvenience of stitches or a heavy bandage. Most patients can return to work the same day.
