𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.

That's what happens when summer arrives.

Travel. Vacations. Camps. Busy schedules.

And yet, 𝟱𝟭 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 still found a way to show up 12+ times in May.

That's the thing about consistency.

It's easy when life is simple.

The real magic happens when life gets complicated.

When the calendar fills up.
When routines get disrupted.
When showing up takes a little more intention.

That's when habits become a lifestyle.

Morgan has never been one to shy away from hard work.

The cool thing about CrossFit isn't that workouts get easier. It's that 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

That was the final amount raised through 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

On Memorial Day, we had the privilege of presenting Jason with a check for $12,200 on behalf of this incredible community.

What started as a workout and fundraiser became 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿.

Businesses donated.
Members donated.
Friends, family, and strangers donated.

People bought shirts.
Placed bids.
Volunteered time.
Shared posts.
And most importantly, showed up.

This wasn't about a gym.

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.

This Monday at 8am, we’ll take on “Murph” together.

For some, it’ll be their first time.
For others, it’s a yearly tradition.

Either way, the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s participation.
It’s effort.

Somewhere along the way, fitness stopped being punishment and started becoming play again.

That’s a pretty good reminder for adults too.

The goal isn’t perfection.
