Tofu For The Win!

So I’ve gotta be honest. I’ve always quickly turned the page for any tofu recipes ideas I’ve come across (yes, my supreme fun is reading through recipes whenever I have free time!). But I knew in my heart that I had to give this soy wonder a try and guess what?? We (yes my hubby Dr. T too) loved it!! So I’d like you to try this (or the tofu recipe of your choice) just for its amazing taste plus it’s terrific nutritional profile, for it’s a protein powerhouse, low in fat, high in fiber and low in carbs!
Let’s also not forget there’s a treasure trove of health benefits to tofu for it lowers LDL cholesterol, reduces the risk of heart disease, provides all the essential amino acids for bone building, reduces menopausal symptoms AND it’s a cancer preventative, specifically reducing the risk of prostate and breast cancer!
