After graduation, Emily will be joining a practice somewhere in CBus… rumor has it she may become part of our faculty??? 👀

Up first is our Academic Chief - the lovely Dr. Samantha Smith

Although you’ll probably find her in the OR, Sam is actually already a board certified pediatrician! After she graduates, she’ll be going on to complete a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia 👶

As part of CA-1 orientation, senior residents shared honest stories about difficult cases, mistakes, growth, and resilience. These conversations help build a culture where asking for help, supporting one another, and learning from challenges are valued.
