The eBay search algorithm Cassini, now supposedly gives a higher search placement to listings with a plain white background. So we're experimenting with duplicate listings that have a plain white background on the search thumbnail to see which one is placed higher in the search.

USPS has been a nightmare for the last several years, but especially in the last year. First class packages with tracking used to take 3-4 days. Now, more that 50% of my packages take up to 10 days to be delivered. Most of the time, the packages sit at a mail sorting facility for 5 or 6 days without moving. This last package has been at the USPS facility in California for going on 8 days now. It's been at the destination facility for 8 days without being delivered to the customer. It cost $9.00 to ship this 4 ounce package first class. It's going to be a complete nightmare as we get closer to November and the midterms.

This is an awesome idea if you want to drop your weapon or have a negligent discharge. I thought this was a joke at first, but apparently it was not. Seriously, don't do this. Spend the extra $50 on a safe holster and avoid a dangerous and expensive mistake.

Experimenting with a new laser. My original diode laser takes about 2 1/2 minutes each to engrave magazine holder clips. My new IR laser does the same thing in 15 seconds.

I'm amazed at how many holsters are coming from overseas on eBay and Etsy. I've started adding this badge to all of our listings.

I've put off raising prices as long as possible. Leather went up over 30% dues to tariffs, and when the tariffs stopped, the price of leather did NOT come back down. Now, USPS has gotten so stupid expensive, it's impossible not to raise prices. Almost $9.00 to ship a 6 ounce holster. That's nearly twice what it was a year ago. Pro Tip: When a seller offers free shipping, it's not really free. It's built into the price of the product. It's not just leather and shipping. A quart of contact cement went from $29 to $65 at our local leather store - again, due to tariffs, but it was a US made product and the price did not come down once tariffs stopped.

Playing with a new infrared laser, marking Pmags. I need to tweak the settings to make the markings white instead of desert tan. We’re going to start offering laser engraved AR magazines. We’ll have a complete library of logos and images to choose from
