I help you feel better naturally. I earned a bachelor's of arts in Biology from Wellesley College in 1997, and a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California in 2002. Additional trainings and certificates include:

• Hypnosis certification from the Wellness Institute
• Evidence-based health coach certification through National Society of Health Coaches
• Life coach certification from The Life Coach School
• Inner voice facilitation training with Jess Lively
• Intuitive Eating Counselor with Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch

As we head into the final months of 2026, my inner wisdom nudged me to invite two women who have helped me find my way: Willow, a psychic medium and tarot reader, and Nat, my astrologer.

Together, we want to help other midlife women meet their own Fire Horse, listen to what its restless energy is trying to say, and find a steadier way to move forward.

I should have known this was not going to be the year for a quiet, reflective sabbatical.

Remember the Fire Horse that started galloping in February?

We’re still in its energy. The horse has not stopped moving fast since then. Yet here I was, trying to slow it down with a month-long sabbatical. What was I thinking?

Silly me!

During the I held with Willow, each participant pulled a tarot card and an oracle card. I got the Four of Swords—reversed—and the Golden Palace. Restlessness + Abundant Sanctuary.

Of course, the combination didn’t make much sense to me then. I can see now that the cards were offering me a preview of what was to come…”

“Second Spring” is a Chinese Medicine concept.

First Spring is when a girl becomes a young woman and enters her reproductive years.

Second Spring is the midlife transition when that energy is reclaimed and redirected toward the woman who gets to own her healing, wisdom, creativity, and purpose.

This is the season when she gets to unapologetically feel at peace, embrace her power and live her purpose.
