Whether you’re in your swell hell era, dealing with the itching, wondering if what you’re feeling is normal, or just need reassurance, you’re not alone.

I’ve been a post-op specialist for 6 years and have helped guide hundreds of clients through their recovery. I’ve also had cosmetic surgery myself, so I understand the physical and emotional ups and downs from personal experience—not just professional training.

One of my favorite recovery drink combos is what I call The Recovery Goddess:

🍒 Cranberry Juice – supports urinary tract health
🍍 Pineapple Juice – contains bromelain, which may help with swelling
🥤 Sprite – can help settle an upset stomach after anesthesia or medication

🧊 Mix together, pour over ice, and enjoy!

This is simply a recovery drink idea that many post-op patients enjoy alongside staying hydrated and following their surgeon’s instructions. Save this post so you have it ready for recovery! 💖
