It was an honor to stop by last week to celebrate and thank the dedicated caregivers who make such a meaningful difference every single day. Your compassion, patience, and commitment don’t go unnoticed. You are the backbone of senior care, and the impact you have on the lives of your residents and their families is truly immeasurable.

NPRA SF Bay Area and Sacramento Chapters united at CALA! It was a great opportunity to connect with senior living professionals from across California, strengthen industry relationships, and share the value that NPRA brings to older adults, families, and our community partners.

We were proud to promote NPRA’s commitment to professionalism, ethical business practices, continuing education, advocacy, and collaboration within the aging services industry. Events like CALA help elevate the important role placement and referral professionals play in helping families navigate senior living options with confidence.

As an added bonus, we were able to earn CEUs toward our RCFE certifications while learning about industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to senior care.

Together, we continue to raise the standard, build meaningful partnerships, and support better outcomes for the seniors and families we serve.

It’s where residents build friendships, stay engaged, enjoy nutritious meals, and find a sense of routine and connection.

One of the most common things I hear after a move is, “Mom or Dad is eating better and socializing more than they did at home.”
