Meet Nancy, a patient safety attendant (PSA) at Concord Hospital - Laconia. If you've met Nancy, you know she brings calm, comfort, and confidence to her patients. Nancy received a Service Recognition Award to honor her 25 years of dedicated service working first as a licensed nursing assistant and, in recent years transitioned to a PSA role.

Meet Maeve, licensed nursing assistant (LNA) at Concord Hospital! Maeve began working at Concord Hospital when she was in high school. Her journey began in food services, growing as she earned LNA credentials through Concord Regional Technical Center- CRTC. Combining her experience working in food services with clinical experience in the CRTC program, Maeve knew she found her place at Concord Hospital.

Maeve shares, "I applied to as many positions as possible at Concord Hospital. The staff are amazing; I feel so welcome here. Everyone works so hard and wants to give patients a positive experience."
