We’re especially excited to celebrate Kelly as our new Executive Director! 🎉 Kelly has already been a familiar and much-loved part of Heritage Oaks as our Resident Services Director, and we are thrilled to see her step into this new leadership role. Congratulations, Kelly! 👏

In honor of Senior Citizens Day, our residents dressed in their finest, funniest, and most fabulous looks for a lively parade filled with smiles, laughter, creativity, and plenty of personality. 👗🎩✨

🎸🕺 A Rockin’ Finale to Elvis Week! 🕺🎸

We wrapped up Elvis Week at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care with a celebration straight out of the ’50s! From a special visit from Elvis himself to live music, dancing, laughter, and plenty of smiles, the room was full of energy. 🎶✨

Of course, no Elvis celebration would be complete without some iconic eats! Residents enjoyed fried banana, bacon, and peanut butter Elvis sandwiches, along with mini pound cakes, Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, and refreshing drinks. 🍌🥓🥪

It was the perfect way to end the week with great music, delicious food, and memories made together!

🍨☀️ Nothing says summer quite like ice cream!

Last Friday night, residents gathered for a fun-filled Sundae Social complete with delicious ice cream and a topping bar filled with everyone’s favorite sweet treats. From creating tasty masterpieces to visiting with family and friends, the evening was full of laughter, connection, and special memories.

Helga especially enjoyed her favorite flavor, strawberry, and proudly showed off her big bite for everyone to see! 🍓💗

🎨🍓 Creativity was on full display at our Pathways Baking Club!

Our wonderful Pathways residents combined baking and art for a deliciously fun afternoon. Each resident received a slice of strawberry cake served on a painter’s palette and had the opportunity to decorate it with their favorite toppings, creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that reflected their unique personality and style.

There were plenty of smiles, sweet treats, and imaginative creations as residents enjoyed expressing themselves through this fun and engaging activity. The best part? Admiring their edible works of art before taking that first delicious bite! 🎂✨

💐✨ Last Friday, we had the joy of celebrating the beautiful and amazing grandmothers of Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care in honor of National Gorgeous Grandma Day!

Our ladies enjoyed a relaxing afternoon filled with mimosas, delicious appetizers, refreshing facials, glamorous makeovers, manicures, and soothing scented hand massages featuring sugar scrub handmade by our talented resident crafters. 💅🥂

It was a wonderful opportunity to honor the incredible women who have shared so much love, wisdom, and kindness throughout their lives. Seeing their smiles made the day truly unforgettable. ❤️

A special thank you to Julie from Houston Hospice and Regina from VITAS Healthcare for helping make this event so fun and meaningful!

💛 Our residents at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care were blessed to welcome members of West Conroe Baptist Church for a joyful afternoon of singing, visiting, and sharing smiles.
