Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

Rest, set boundaries, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to slow down when needed. Self-care isn’t selfish- it’s necessary.

And remember: reaching out for support is a sign of strength. Whether it’s a friend, family member, therapist, or support group, you don’t have to carry everything alone.

You matter. Your feelings matter. Help is always worth seeking. # You are not alone.

🌌 May the 4th Be With Your Mental Health 🌌
In honor of May 4th—and Star Wars—let’s take a moment to check in on something just as important as the balance of the Force: our mental health.
Just like in Star Wars, we all have moments where we feel like we’re on the light side… and other days where the dark side feels a little closer. Stress, burnout, and overwhelm can sneak in like a Sith Lord when we least expect it.
The good news? You don’t have to face it alone.
Even the greatest heroes—like Luke Skywalker—needed guidance, rest, and support along the way. Whether it’s talking to someone you trust, taking a break to recharge, or setting boundaries, small actions can help restore balance.
✨ A few ways to reconnect with your “Force” today:
- Take a short walk or step away from your screen
-Check in with a colleague or friend
-Pause, breathe, and reset
-Give yourself permission to not have it all figured out

Remember: strength isn’t about pushing through everything alone—it’s about knowing when to reach out.
May the 4th be with you—and may you find balance, support, and a little extra peace today. 💙

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Stigma grows in silence, but healing begins in community. This May, we’re focusing on "More Good Days, Together." 🤝

Mental health isn't a solo journey. It’s about building a world where we look out for one another and know that it’s okay to not be okay.

✅ 1 in 5 adults and children in the US experience mental illness each year.
✅ Connection is protection.
✅ 11 years is the average time between symptoms appearing and seeking help.

Check Your Mental Health: Take a free, anonymous screening at www.mhascreening.org.

This month, challenge yourself to reach out, listen without judgment, or check in on a loved one. You are not alone. 💚

If you are in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat via 988lifeline.org for free, confidential support 24/7.
