Structure first. Everything else follows. 💉

This result came from addressing the three areas that define how a face holds together cheeks, chin, and the muscle activity working against both of them.

Cheek filler to rebuild the foundation. When midface volume is restored the whole face lifts the under-eyes look less tired, the smile lines soften, and the lower face has the structural support it was missing. Everything above and below it performs better when the cheeks are sitting where they’re supposed to be.

Two sessions. Every detail intentional. This is what patience looks like when it pays off. 💉

This result wasn’t rushed. It was built carefully, strategically, and in the right order across two appointments that each had a clear purpose.

Session one laid the foundation. Cheek volume restored first because everything else depends on it. When the midface is supported properly the under-eye area lifts, the smile lines soften from above, and the whole face reads differently before a single unit of tox is placed.

Tox threaded in to relax movement, protect the placement, and let everything settle cleanly.
Session two came after the foundation had fully integrated. With the cheeks sitting exactly where they needed to be, the under-eye area could be assessed accurately and addressed with precision restoring the hollowing that no amount of sleep or concealer was ever going to fix. The lips refined last, with the full face now in balance so the placement could be tailored to what the face actually needed rather than what it looked like before the structure was restored.

The result is cohesive. Natural. Completely her just the version that was always supposed to be there.

Crow’s feet are one of the first things people notice on themselves and on others. And they’re one of the most satisfying things we treat. 💉

This is the next installment of our Who’s A Good Candidate series, where we break down exactly who benefits from specific treatments and who needs a different conversation entirely.

Crow’s feet form when the orbicularis oculi muscle the muscle that encircles the eye contracts repeatedly with every smile, squint, and laugh. Over years those expression lines stop disappearing when your face relaxes. They stay. And that’s when people start looking for solutions.

The right candidate has lines that show up with expression or at rest, ideally already has tox experience in other areas, and wants a more open, rested eye appearance without anything surgical. Crow’s feet tox fits seamlessly into an existing tox plan and almost always makes the overall result feel more complete and cohesive.

The wrong candidate has significant skin laxity around the eye tox relaxes muscle but won’t tighten or lift loose skin. If lines are very deep and etched at rest, skin treatment alongside tox gives a far better result than tox alone. This is what a full plan looks like when every single layer is addressed. 💉

This result didn’t come from one treatment or one appointment. It came from looking at this face completely structure, volume, movement, surface and building a strategy that addressed all of it intentionally and in the right order.

Sculptra in the temples first. The temporal hollowing that quietly ages the upper face and creates that skeletal, drawn appearance that no amount of filler in the lower face can compensate for. Sculptra here doesn’t fill but stimulates. Collagen production that builds gradually over months and creates a foundation that holds everything around it better and longer.

This is what happens when you sit down and say “I trust you.” 💉
