Every fall, I see people go one of two directions.
They let their habits slide, tell themselves they’ll get serious after the holidays, and spend the winter and spring trying to regain the progress they already made.
Or they keep some structure, build momentum, and head into next year closer to the body they want to show off.
The months are going to pass either way. Give yourself something to build on when spring gets here.
You can enjoy the holidays, eat your favorite foods, and make memories with your family while still taking care of yourself. A few meals aren’t what set you back. Letting “I’ll start Monday” turn into “I’ll start next year” is where it adds up.
That’s why I’m sharing my nutrition-only and hybrid coaching options—a more affordable option than my full coaching for people who primarily need help getting their food and consistency in check.
If you’ve worked hard this year, let’s protect that progress. If you haven’t started yet, you don’t need to wait until January.
Shoot me a DM and let’s get to work!
In an effort to make coaching services a bit more affordable, I’ve decided to debut two new coaching tiers.
This will only be offered for a limited period of time.
But just a few short years ago, I can remember a time when bills seemed insurmountable and the idea of having someone to walk me through my fitness journey sounded nice.
However, there was no way that I could’ve fit that into my budget.
These new tiers will be in an effort to make coaching more accessible to anyone who desires it.
If any of you have any questions about these programs or any others, feel free to DM and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Much love, God bless.
