If you’ve ever felt like fat loss is harder than it should be… you’re not alone. And it’s usually not about willpower.

Here are the top 3 reasons most people struggle with weight loss 👇

Some common myths exist when it comes to middle school children lifting weights. Some of which are:
1) It stunts growth
2) Kids should not lift before puberty
