Sun June 21 @ 4pm. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. It is a good time to explore how we want to shine our Light in this world, releasing fear and limitations and embracing the power that is within. In a burning bowl ceremony we will be writing down what no longer serves us on flash paper and then release these energies into the fire. Then we will set our intentions for bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. A sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments will continue our journey to embody our new state of being.
