A rare night away from the clinic, the kids, and the endless to-do list. ❤️

Tonight we traded scrubs and schedules for the College World Series and a little time together.

As much as I love helping others feel confident in their skin, moments like these are a reminder that taking care of ourselves and the people we love matters too.

Grateful for this guy, a beautiful evening, and a chance to slow down for a few hours.
