FULL TESTIMONIAL:
I purchased the program at the end of August 2015 after being diagnosed with FAI. My Dr suggested therapy and after several expensive months of therapy I found no relief.

Not willing to give up I began searching and found one of Matt’s videos online. I purchased the program and began on September 1, 2015.

It’s now September 22, and I have seen remarkable changes! I’m a weightlifter and was unable to squat or complete full lifts (sn**ch, clean and jerk). After three weeks of just about daily sessions I’m able to complete all the above lifts pain free!! I will be referring anyone that asks to the FAI FIX! Thank you!

FULL TESTIMONIAL:
Hi my name is Deb I live in Queensland Australia I'm 63 years old. Background is I surf I work hard as a cleaner I have always worked hard in hospitality as well and through other sports growing up I have had major back injuries and issues.

Over the years I've tried a lot of things the last 10 years I've been doing yoga Pilates walking I did jogging for a while as well as Surfing but everything got worse or down my right side. Two years ago I was at a cleaning Job and my whole right side seized up to the point where I couldn't move I couldn't move forward sideways backwards Nor Could I sit down. I started remedial massage I bought those solid balls that eased it a little bit. Still though went out walking I could only walk a few maybe 2 km at the most and then I would have to get someone to pick me up because I would just collapse in pain in my legs and my right side would not move. I went YouTube Ing.

I found A couple of YouTube programs some of them were great exercises they assisted. Then by chance upright health popped up so I had a good look and everything makes sense I was familiar with muscles etc everything that Matt and his team said made sense skeletal for me is fine it's my muscles I was using the same muscles over and over and over again. I've been following that and the regimes for four months now I can sit cross-legged on the floor I can do yoga poses without pain.

I have nearly got back to walking 10 km on most early mornings. Which is huge and it's nearly pain-free and the blessing is when I do you have an issue I just stop where I am and I start the stretches but it all makes sense muscles support your skeleton. I'm also nearly at the point being able to surf my Longboard again I Surf. stand up paddle boards as in I don't do flat water I catch waves I had a custom-made Longboard created for me for my birthday last year and I gave myself 12 months to be able to get back on it and start popping up again and thanks to Matt I'm nearly close to be able to do that.

I religiously do Thesestretches morning and night. I was actually so enthusiastic about the joy it was bringing me again that I overdid them and I was in pain because I overdid them and then I started backing off on doing between 60 and 80% of strength to get to get through them. Everyone is different for me this is working ATM works. When I'm walking I walk differently I suck my Core in. I hold my head differently.

They stretches you're not doing 12 or three hours of them because you can do more harm than good as I found out but you do them and the more you do it the more flexible you'll be coming late for me to sit cross-legged at 63 after Brokenback the damage that I've done two hips muscles etc is huge but everyone's journey as personal I'm not looking back I just cannot believe the freedom in my body that I'm feeling now and it's thanks to Matt and his team on YouTube. The board image that I put up is my design I designed the fabric that goes under the fibreglass and the gentleman stay next to it is my amazing board maker. So he's gonna be very proud when I am riding it.
