Mindfulness Gathering for Cancer Healing

Join us for conversation on Peaceful Presence: Mindfulness Gathering for Cancer Healing. Learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation, how these tools can help with fatigue, depression, anxiety, insomnia and other conditions related to cancer and cancer treatment and enjoy several mindfulness activities.

This informal social provides a forum for those affected by cancer to make friendships and support one another through the challenges that follow active treatment. All survivors and those receiving active treatment are welcome, whether you were diagnosed with cancer today or years ago. We look forward to coming together to show solidarity in the ongoing fight against cancer and find ways to flourish.

Veterans and cancer survivors & families, we offer on-demand hunting, fishing days - no charge. Come take part in a nature-based activity offering a mindfulness lens to build resiliency and reduce stress or anxiety. We will post events, workshops and retreats here but if you are available and have the time, we’d love to take you out and strengthen community bonds and help you in your healing journey
