🎶💪 Who Said Exercise Can’t Be Fun? 💪🎶

Our residents had a blast combining group chair exercises with therapeutic activities! They strengthened their muscles, sharpened their cognitive skills, and moved to some jamming music—all while sharing plenty of smiles and laughter! 🪑🧠🎵😄
