I hope yall have had wonderful week, heart med is going well adjusting wise, now adjusting to the other med increases.

Feels like if one if those infomercials but my Dr and symptoms are like

" but wait...theres more"

How do you all feel when adjusting meds?
which for me feels like a never ending process.

Ps. Hitting the hay early gotta busy start to day in morning.

Yay for my med i take that helps keep my heart rate down which helps standing significantly...... however I forgot how much of a energy lag and non negotiable naps I had when I first got on it. Thankfully it's temporary and my body will level out more. Just annoys me lol

It's been a windy, rainy, and not may weather at all.

I've been trying to keep my energy up so I can create more content, it's been a continuous flare-up since my provider is not going to refill the med I take to help my heart rate not go psycho on me. Which honestly I've noticed such a huge difference since being without it for nearly 3 weeks.

Here's to hoping they'll do a bridge of meds so at least showers suck less, even sitting in the shower is rough breathing and heart wise cause .....pots.....

Added to my being so tired during the day right now is because we switched my hydroxyzine from short acting to longer acting. Which has greatly helped me sleep for a more consistent stretch of time and hopefully helping reach rem sleep more.

How have yall been doing with any flare-ups? How can I help make them suck a little less?

Hope you all are having a marvelous Saturday, I've been busy with cleaning all my stuff I got back and haven't had a chance to do some of the edits I'm wanting to....

However its nice to sit and appreciate the flowers and it's little bee friend...

Kinda like "stop and smell the roses". Just instead its a bee and a marigold.

Ps....friendly reminder.....soda is not water, Gatorade water mix is about as close as i usually get. I'm horrible about it.....ngl.... well If it's flavored.... I'm more likely to consume it..... plain water..... not so much.... but hey any water is better then no water........? Right?

My heds and pots disagree with my water theory lol.

Some things can't been seen that we experience.

If we go into the ER or urgent care in pain, they dismiss the amount of pain because they can't see it.

If we were to go into the er missing a limb they can see what's causing the pain, a way to fix the issue and recovery.

Its not that simple when you "look fine" on the outside but not so much on the inside. The amount of medical gas lighting we experience in our lifetime doesn't help.

Yall are seen and aren't alone my fellow dino nuggets.
