Functional Dry Needling (FDN) is a technique used in physical therapy to treat those stubborn muscles that may be causing increased tension, limited mobility, or overall pain.

Crofton Physical Therapy is able to offer this service thanks to our very own FDN certified, Erin Deroos, PT, DPT.

Crofton’s DAM Triathlon for kids was a huge success with a turnout of 52 kids! We hope you had as much fun as we did!

-Bring a helmet! You must have one on to participate!
-Bring a towel
-Registration begins at 5 p.m. and race at 6 p.m. $10 per kid

Working on higher level plyometrics to improve strength, balance, and controlled impact. Goal is to get back to running safely and reduce risk for re-injury.

Hey kids, this race is for you!

Crofton Physical Therapy is hosting a youth triathlon in Crofton, Friday July 24, the night before Crofton's Dam Race. This untimed fun course is for ages 8-13. The course will consist of half mile run, 1 mile bike and a fun finish!

NOTE: Our pool is under construction, so our course will be held at the Crofton Baseball Field this year.

Registration is Friday, July 24, 5:15-5:45 p.m. with race beginning at 6 p.m. Registration is $10. Each kid receives a goody bag.
