They are physiological mismatches. Here’s what understanding your physiology actually looks like in practice:
1) Morning sunlight & getting naturally upon waking, sets your cortisol rhythm, anchors your melatonin timing and regulates your immune and metabolic system.
2) Protein forward meals & muscle is your metabolic organ, blood sugar regulation is your mood, energy and hormone foundation (after light anchors it).
3) Proper Biomechanics & sedentary lifestyles, and improper biomechanics lead to dysfunction across the entire system. Get in tune with how your body was meant to move!
