I want to sincerely thank our community and patients for their patience as our office has navigated changes in providers and schedule changes! Well, we have BIG news! Proactive Primary Care has not one but two providers on the way! We are looking forward to being fully staffed soon over the next several months and being able to more efficiently meet your needs! Check out our upcoming providers! They might look a little familiar!
