October rolls around and suddenly even the yogurt aisle is wearing pink. Listen, I am all for breast cancer awareness.
I have friends, colleagues, and clients who have walked through breast cancer, and I know this subject is deeply personal.
Some believe their mammogram saved their life. I would never dismiss their experience - or tell another woman what screening decision she should make.

But I do think we need a bigger conversation. Less pink, more prevention. Know your metabolic health status.
Move that beautiful body. Eliminate toxins, reduce alcohol, manage your stress. Know your hormones.
AND know your breast density!
Less Pink. More Prevention. More knowledge. More action.
