This is one of my favorite examples of slow, intentional lip filler. Her first photo was before she had ever had filler, and the after is the result of five treatments spread out over four years.

We didn’t try to get her to her final result in one appointment. We built her lips gradually, focusing on shape, balance, definition, and volume while still keeping them natural to her face.

The best transformations don’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it’s about trusting the process. 💋

Consistency is key—Botox every 4–5 months, along with strategic filler in the areas where she needs it, to maintain balance, proportion, and harmony.

It’s not about changing her features or making her look different. It’s about maintaining what already makes her beautiful and slowing the visible signs of aging in a subtle, intentional way.

Let’s talk treatment strategy.

The previous result I posted was intentionally built with smaller, conservative amounts over multiple sessions. That is one approach ……and it’s perfect for someone who wants a gradual change or prefers to spread their investment out over time.

This is a completely different protocol.

For this client, we performed a full treatment at each session, allowing us to create a much more noticeable transformation and get her closer to her desired result in fewer appointments.

And yes ….. the amount of enhancement you want also matters financially.

More projection = more product.
More product = a larger investment.

Not every client wants or has the budget for a dramatic transformation, and that’s completely okay. My job is to create a treatment plan that makes sense for your anatomy, your goals AND your budget.

Some clients want a little enhancement.
Some want a major transformation. 🍑

Neither is wrong. They’re simply different treatment plans.

Before → After 1 → After 2 → After 3.

Different client. Different anatomy. Different budget. Different protocol. Different result.

And THAT is why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Results vary. Individual results depend on anatomy, treatment plan, and product used.

Okay, with this before & after you can really see the change because this is actually the amount I would normally do in one treatment. But she chose to split her plan into two separate sessions, which is why you’re seeing a more noticeable transformation in this photo.

This is exactly why I love a progressive approach. We’re not rushing results or overdoing anything in one sitting we’re building shape, projection, and balance in a way that stays natural and tailored to her body.

First treatment gave us the foundation… treatment 2 brought everything together. 👀
