Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy an Ultra appointment… and we’re not mad about it. 😉

Ultra 1927 has quickly become one of our favorite treatments for improving skin tone, texture, pigmentation, and overall skin quality with minimal downtime.

We love it as a standalone treatment, but we also love incorporating Ultra into a larger treatment plan and pairing it with treatments like Sculptra, Lumecca IPL, Microneedling, or Morpheus8 when appropriate.

Your aesthetic priorities at 30 probably won’t look the same at 40 or 50, and they shouldn’t.

In your 30s, the focus may be maintaining skin quality and supporting collagen before you notice significant changes.

In your 40s, you may start noticing changes in collagen, volume, pigmentation, texture, or laxity that weren’t there before.

In your 50s, we may be addressing several of those changes together, with the goal of helping you look refreshed, not different.

But your age never determines your treatment plan by itself.

Some patients need very little. Others have specific concerns they want to address.

Age gives us context. Your skin, anatomy, concerns, and goals determine the plan.

A few of our aesthetic hot takes…

More treatments don’t automatically mean better results, and the newest treatment isn’t automatically the right treatment for you.

Sometimes you need filler. Sometimes you need Sculptra or another biostimulator. Sometimes the biggest difference will come from improving your skin quality. And sometimes, you need to leave something alone.

Your treatments should work together as part of a plan based on your anatomy, skin, concerns, and goals.

Spend intentionally. Treat strategically.

A little lip filler can make a beautiful difference without changing what makes your lips yours.

When treating lips, we’re looking at more than just volume. Shape, proportion, symmetry, definition, and how the lips balance with the rest of the face all matter.

The goal isn’t always bigger lips. Sometimes it’s subtle volume, better definition, improved balance, or simply enhancing the shape you already have.

Every set of lips gets its own treatment plan because your lips should still look like your lips, just enhanced.

What do we recommend in your 50s if you want a refresh, not a change?

There isn’t one answer.

Skin quality, collagen loss, pigmentation, texture, volume loss, and laxity can all play a role, but that doesn’t mean we need to treat everything at once.

For some patients, the focus may be collagen stimulation and skin quality. For others, it may be subtle volume restoration, pigmentation, or a combination of treatments over time.

The goal isn’t to make you look 25 again. It’s to help you look refreshed, balanced, and still completely like yourself.

Age gives us context. Your concerns give us the treatment plan.

You don’t need to know what treatment you need before you walk through our doors. That’s our job.

Tell us what bothers you, what you’d like to improve, and what you’ve tried before. Bring the TikToks and screenshots too. We want to see them.

Then we’ll assess your skin, anatomy, history, and goals and talk through what actually makes sense for you.

Sometimes that’s the treatment you came in asking for. Sometimes it’s something completely different. And sometimes, we may tell you that you don’t need to treat it at all.

A good treatment plan starts with a good consultation.
