10 YEARS OF ORNATA | ONE LAST THANK YOU
We couldn’t wrap up our 10-year celebration without talking about the person who started it all.
If you know Mike, you know how much he cares about this company. Ornata has his fingerprints all over it... not just in the homes we build, but in the way we do business, the relationships we have with our clients and trades, and the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
Mike expects a lot from the people around him, but no more than he expects from himself. He believes things should be done the right way, that the details matter, and that our clients should always feel like we’re looking out for them. That mindset has shaped Ornata from the beginning and continues to push all of us to do better.
But what we appreciate most is that behind all of that drive, there is someone who genuinely cares about his people. He supports us, trusts us, makes us laugh, and has created a place where we’re proud to come to work and proud of what we accomplish together.
Ten years ago, Mike had an idea for the kind of company he wanted to build. Today, Ornata is a team of dedicated people, a lot of beautiful homes, some pretty incredible clients and trade partners, and ten years' worth of stories we’re proud to be a part of.
So for our final anniversary post, this one is for you, Mike.
Thank you for building Ornata, for believing in all of us, and for never lowering the bar. We’re pretty lucky to have you as our boss.
