📢 Important Office Announcement

Please be advised that our office will close early on Saturday, August 15, at 1:00 PM and will be closed all day Monday, August 17, due to Dr. Shroff’s prior professional obligations.

Our team is currently contacting patients who have appointments scheduled after 1:00 PM on Saturday and all day Monday to assist with rescheduling.

If you have an appointment during these times and have not yet heard from our office, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can help arrange a new appointment.

✨ Exciting News! ✨

We’re pleased to announce the implementation of our new automated prescription refill assistant, Bellie!

Bellie allows patients to conveniently submit prescription refill requests through our automated phone system. Refill requests are sent directly to Dr. Shroff for review and authorization. Most prescription refills are processed within 24–48 business hours.

In addition, patients can now text our office using the same phone number they use to call us. While we strive to return all voicemails within 24–48 business hours, text messages may allow us to respond more quickly in many cases.

These enhancements are part of our continued commitment to improving communication and providing a more convenient, efficient experience for our patients.

Starting Sept 1 2026 there will be a $50.00 no-show fee charged for all appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Patients with a no-show fee balance will be required to pay the $50.00 fee in full prior to being seen, in addition to any applicable copays.

Copays are due at the time of service.

Please note:

Account balances may not exceed $300.00. Patients with account balances over $300.00 will be required to make a payment or make a payment arrangement with billing prior to receiving services.
