I assist with relaxation, pain relief, increased range of motion, general health, blood circulation, respiration, digestion. Substantiation for the efficacy of massage has become increasingly available. Most research focuses on the physiological effects of massage, for example: lymphatic flow, blood circulation and muscle function. I use and eclectic approach to treatment of clients, taking indiv

idual needs into consideration and facilitate the relationship between the manipulation of tissues and body systems. I use energy work, palpation, various clinical, Swedish, Acupressure, and Trigger Point techniques and a few techniques borrowed from other good therapists.

Special shout out to Gillian Pacheco Hands on Health - massage I got the most awesome Father’s Day gift from my wife Heidi Canario for an hour massage that was 💥💥💥!… most of you already know how Gillian crushes it needs no hype something that’s at that level speaks for itself if you know then you know if you don’t your missing out🔥 My health issues over the last couple years changed I am good but my body has taken a beat down with the chemo pills it takes a toll on me from regular energy to healing & extreme muscle cramping…I can say gods ears I actually feel (body wise) normal today after my session & it’s been a long time I felt this way something many of us take for granted…Thank You again Gillian you & them magic juju sorcery hands once again for the win! 🔥💪🙏❤️💥🔥
