I didn’t leave medicine because I stopped caring.

I left because I cared too much to keep practicing the way I was. 🤍

After 10 years, I watched patients come in with real questions — about their hormones, their energy, their gut, their sleep — and I had maybe 10 minutes and a prescription pad to respond. It never felt like enough.

I kept asking myself, why is this actually happening? But the system wasn’t built for that question.

So I stopped working inside it.
