Creativity does not disappear. It goes into hiding.
When your nervous system has been running on high alert for too long, your brain allocates every resource to survival. Problem solving, threat detection, and damage control take priority. The parts of your brain responsible for imagination, flow, and inspiration get shut down completely.
So if you have been staring at blank pages, feeling creatively dry, or wondering where your spark went — this is not a talent problem. Your body is simply doing what it was designed to do under chronic stress.
The women I work with are often stunned by how quickly their creativity returns once their nervous system finally feels safe. Ideas flow. Clarity comes back. The version of them that used to light up with inspiration shows up again.
Your creativity is not gone. It is waiting for safety.
Comment FLOW and I will send you something to help your nervous system open back up. 🤍
