Cheeseburger gnocchi just hit our grab ‘n go case!

If you’ve never had gnocchi before, it’s like a pasta dumpling. We take mashed potatoes (or mashed cauliflower for low-carb) and mix it with GF flour. Then roll it out, cut it, and cook it.

Sometimes we serve it with chicken but this time we made our cheeseburger version.

Moderation and portion size is key. It’s also important to use natural sweeteners like honey instead of white sugar.

Example — This bar has a layer of date caramel in the middle instead of traditional caramel.

Namken Nutrition opened its doors in October 2019 just a few months before the world shut down.

This business has brought so much joy into my life. Is it stressful? Yes. Do I crash out over it frequently? Also yes.

But educating and providing healthy alternatives to our community? It fulfills me in a way no other job ever has.

Thank you for being here and for supporting our small business year after year. 💚
