As many of you know, Trichology has become my full-time calling, and it is time for me to fully step into this next season.

Two days dry fast, one day veggies and nuts. Today 8 brazil nuts ( they call then n***a toes in the south) for some reason hint hint. I’m. Feeling amazing gut clear as a whistle, no pain and inflammation in my post injury (two broke legs, cracked knees, broken hip and a concussion that used to make me pass out. I am determined to heal. I had a huge knot that covered my entire breast in 2014. They tried to perform a biopsy and claim cancer, I never went back and it’s gone.
