Intentional crossing of the conscious bridge from summer to fall 2026. We gathered in circle to integrate and to get lost in the rhythm of presence.

Gathering in community, around a fire, with intention to grow and let go is catalyzing.

During many parts of my journey, the element of fire has helped me truly let go. (Like when I burned over 50 journals back in 2023- you can find that vid on my TikTok)

Other times, the new person who I am is revealed thru the warmth of a fire. (Like when I did a sweat lodge - Temazcal- in Colombia with my dad for the first time).

Fire is an element that can be terrorizing but it can also be warm, steady and necessary for survival and thriving. Our connection to ourselves is like that. We can learn from the fire, which part of ourselves do we want to fan the flames of?

We'll be gathering this Sunday, August 30th at my place in Sturgeon Bay, WI and live streamed at 6PM CST for a fire circle.

It's happening! Our next LIVE (Online + In Person) HYFI Meet Up is on the calendar for next Sunday, August 30th.

Sacred Sunday: The Eternal Flame of Now calls us to gather to integrate the buzz of summer and prepare for an intentional fall season filled with DEEP growth. How to even put into words the experience of coming together in person in the HYFI Community. It's like everything leading up to getting here, prepares you to land (and expand).

Sometimes, the emotions start to brew/percolate, sometimes the stress of preparing and getting out of the house makes you question, and sometimes, it all lines up and as you hit the road and pack your bag.

Our experiences together, are amplified by the work we're doing each week, in between retreats. Because it holds the vibration really high. HYVE (my weekly meditation mastermind) holds the community at a high level of connection making it so that when we all gather the connection to the all that is (infinite spirit) sweeps us off our feet.

This was an extra special retreat because it was held at my property. Getting the land prepared for this retreat took about 12 months because I knew that the work we were to do here was to be empowering and shifting each woman who arrived. To have this few days be a catalyst, a bridge to cross to make a decision on how this next chapter will not just look but hold you.

Our external world is often a mirror for what's going on under the surface. When you choose a beautiful experience for yourself, your frequency standards go up and your life begins to re-arrange itself to bring more of that excited alignment into your life.

So much summer magic to update. First, I'll share our sisterhood, alignment moments during In Her Element Retreat. We were at Cave Point for meditation. It's one of the most special spots in Door County and we were each completely aligned.

Happy 4th of July weekend everybody. May this time be of gathering inspiration so that you can feel fireworks in your life all year round.

Fireworks, or that sense of inspiration in us that lights us up, means that the vibration is up. When the vibe is high, it is contagious. The higher vibrations, the laughter, the inspiration and the curiosity to see the world through those glimmery eyes, never leave us.

This year, I'm encouraging you to let go of any expectations so that you can be as free as a kid, barefoot at a 4th of July party. Take your shoes off. Let yourself feel excited about what happens, even if it's not what you expected. The energy right now is a bit unpredictable, so if you can be in charge of your own happiness, do that!
