I’ve been doing a little product testing lately + I have to say… I’ve found a favorite.

I’ve been loving all of the magnesium body butters, but the Relief blend is the one I keep reaching for.

I deal with a lot of muscle tension + pain, so I’ve been using this on the areas that tend to get tight, sore or overworked. And honestly, it’s been amazing.

There’s something about having a product specifically for those days when your body is asking for a little more care. I massage it into the places that need some extra attention + it has become one of those things I naturally reach for when I’m feeling tense or uncomfortable.

There’s something about September that makes me want to come back to myself.

The days are still warm, but there’s a different feeling in the air. A little less urgency. A little more intention.

I find myself craving simple things again—morning routines, a little more structure, time at home, taking better care of myself + creating space for the things that often get pushed aside when life gets busy.

September feels like a gentle reset.

Not a complete starting over.
Just a quiet realignment.

A chance to look at what’s working, what isn’t, what I want more of + how I want to feel as I move into the rest of the year.
