Hello everyone!👋 I wanted to take this opportunity to (re)introduce 2 more BodyCombat classes at the Delran EDGE! If you're loving the additional 5pm class with Alana, there are 2 more classes on the weekly schedule. That's right- 3 BC classes at Delran EDGE!. 👏👏🤗 Thanks so much to Julianna Spears Mikitish for holding this page down prior to Alana and myself taking over and giving us access so we both can share/grow our love/passion for this program. Check out the photos & may you continue to enjoy/love this program as much as we do!🥰

Here are the dates/times for the other BC classes --

➡️Sundays 8:30 AM with Manuvao (Vao)
➡️Thursdays 9:30 AM with Vao
